Memorial painting of our sweet Charlie kitty

The painter delivered it yesterday! 36 inches square, oil on linen, painted by Grace Doyle. Based on an adolescent portrait of Sir Peter Parker ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki... ) and a photo of Charlie looking Very Serious ( https://www.instagram.com/p... ) with a cameo from Mr Bun (https://www.flickr.com/photos...).

We take it to the framer on Wednesday, where we will decide between plain carved wood and gilded :)
