If you don’t follow the Mltshp slack channel or didn't catch the brief update message on the site, you may have missed the heroic work Brad just completed to update this site we all love so much.
TLDR: he modernized everything, and from our user side of things, it was basically seamless.
His notes on the update:

Thanks for everything you do to keep this place running, Brad!
And thanks to @macmanx for a reminder on how to join the slack: email hello (at) mltshp (dot) com for an invite. The site slack has channels for tech work, general updates/discussion, and more! It's a great way to keep in touch with site developments or jump in and help maintain/improve the site, along with the rest of the excellent volunteers.

(Oh...and yes, thank you Brad!)
Oh, and @me3dia — I think I snuck in a fix for the profile pic resize (and longstanding won't-update-on-save cache issue that affected user and shake images).
If MLTSHP were a physical object, I swapped its dying batteries for new ones, while relocating it from Fremont, California to Chicago, Illinois. It was also chock full of tiny bits of confetti everyone had stuffed it with over a fourteen year timespan, and I made sure none of that got lost during the trip.
I did my best to make sure no one saw any of this happen.
