Got to draw me some motherfuckin' filigree!

I take pride in drawing my name with a particular serif flare anytime I have to wear a nametag and I'm going to aim for your level next time, Al. Have you considered naming it longhorn serif? It has a certain Texas ring to it.

@samh I'm using a font called Ranch as the base. I've adjusted the lettering from character to character (serif lengths/thorn positioning/character widths/etc) to make them each work better for logos from letter to letter and give them their own special feel. Minor characters like the hyphen were just as boring as any san serif for some reason. You are definitely in the right territory with where the creative journey was for this logo. Another version had longhorns behind the 9-ball and barbed wire. Also, I tagged you on a photo of the first thing you see upon entering my home:)

I think you struck the right balance leaving the longhorns off. The filigree ala finely crafted leather boots is way better IMO.
