Just a friendly reminder for those who might feel the need to help food banks right now to donate money, not food. It's so much better for them and helps ways more people. And if your employer is one of those who will match your donations (2x check! You never know!) food banks are usually high up on the list for acceptable matches and thus you can double your donation!

someone said to include toothpaste and menstruation products and dog/cat food too. but cash too for sure - most of my kiddos have severely restricted diets and need a particular chickn nugget frl
